We work with most insurance companies and are experienced in handling auto glass claims from start to finish.​

If you plan on using your insurance, simply contact your insurance provider and let them know you would like Glassperts Auto Glass LLC to perform the work. You always reserve the right to choose  the shop you would like to use.

How To Use Insurance With Us:

Make an insurance claim with us in just a few easy steps

  1. Call your insurance company

  2. Tell your insurance you want Glassperts Auto Glass LLC to complete the work.

  3. Provide them with our phone number, (847) 270-8065

  4. Once our shop gets the referral assigned, we'll take care of the rest!

IMPORTANT: Know Your Rights!

When you call your insurance provider, you may be connected to a third-party claims administrator (TPA). In some cases, these companies also operate their own glass shops and may try to recommend or steer you toward their preferred providers.

They may say things like:

"You may not have a warranty if you choose another shop."

"It could cost you more out of pocket."

We recommend using one of our approved shops."
